Project Brief & Key Features:    The Zambezi Estate project was constructed in four phases over a period of 5 years.  The development had to accommodate external storm-water in such a way to create aesthetically pleasing waterways and wetlands.  The Estate comprises of 850 residential stands each sized between 800 and 2 000 square meters and some group housing stands. KBK performed the design and construction monitoring of water source and water and sewer reticulation, access roads, clubhouse, natural storm-water ways and bridges.
